NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2012 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 23, 2012 entered in Case No. 12-CC-006410-M, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CHESTNUT FOREST ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and OSBALDO G. MARTINEZ and JACQUELINE G. MARTINEZ, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on December 14, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 35, CHESTNUT FOREST, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 94, Page 71, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
