NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 15, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CC-008140, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, County Division, wherein KINGSWOOD CO-OP, INC., is the Plaintiff, and LYNN MASON REIDY, Heirs and Devisees of the ESTATE OF LYNN MASON REIDY, deceased; JOHN J. JESSUP; MARK F. JESSUP; DANA LYNN BRANL; ASHLEY FORD ALLEN and WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. are the Defendants. Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on November 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
- Mobile home identified as being located on Lot 227, 10022 King Oak Drive, Lot 227, Riverview, Florida 33569 of KINGSWOOD CO-OP, INC., VIN/Serial No.: PH096298BFL, Decal No.: 12044331 and Florida Title Number 64340120
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
