NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-028745 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 3005-AR21, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR21 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated August 1, 2005, is the Plaintiff and Rebecca Gail Weaver a/k/a Rebecca Weaver, The Unknown Spouse of Rebecca Weaver n/k/a Shannon Dennis, Island Master Association, Inc, Island Place Condominium Association, Inc, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc, as nomiee for FDIC as receiver of Netbank, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 11th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
