NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated October 16, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-018545, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and DIANA J. RUCKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANA J. RUCKER IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; COUNTRY PLACE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 4th day of December, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 3, COUNTRY PLACE WEST UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
with the Street address of: 16003 PENNINGTON RD., TAMPA, FL 33624.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
