NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-028235 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Alberta P. Bland, as Trustee under the provisions of a trust agreement known as the Ultra Investment Land Trust, R. Craig Harris a/k/a Ronald Craig Harris, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Ultra Investment Land Trust, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 11th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
