NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-09826 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Home Equity Asset Trust 2007-2Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and Marianne L. Cowden, Carl Cowden, III, , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 18th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
