NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-013604 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-HE2, is the Plaintiff and Raul Binirelis, Virginia Binirelis, Carolyn Denise Mills, Theodore R. Mills, Jr., The Homeowners Association of the Palms, Inc., Towne Estates at the Palms Homeowners Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 21st day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
