NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 7, 2012 and entered in Case No. 12-CC-013731-M, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BRENTWOOD HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JOHN C SCHWALEN and LYNN SCHWALEN are Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on January 4, 2013 in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m, the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 36, Block 1, Brentwood Hills Tract âFâ Unit 1, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 0075, page 0053, Public Records of Hillsborough County,
Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN
THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60
DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
