Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered by the Court on October 8, 2012, in Case No. 09-CA-008361, Division K in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Faustino Taguja is defendant, that on December 17, 2012, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in at the Clerk's website for on-line auctions www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:

LOT 10, IN BLOCK 3, OF OAKVIEW ESTATES, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, AT PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
