NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 15, 2012, and entered in Case No.: 12-CC-013632 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, County Division, wherein PROVIDENCE TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and CAROLYN A. TOMBERLIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROLYN A. TOMBERLIN; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, are the Defendants. Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on November 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, Block 8, Providence Townhomes Phases 1 and 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 84, Page 61 of Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
