NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-019494, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF DECEMBER 1, 2006, GSAMP TRUST 2006-FM3 is Plaintiff and VASILIOS M. SAROUKOS; MICHELLE SAROUKAS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC AS NOMINEE FOR LITTON LOAN SERVICING LP; WESTCHESTER MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC; WESTCHESTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00a.m. on the 13th day of December, 2012 the following described property as set forth in SAID Final Judgment, to wit:
