NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-005009, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC. is the Plaintiff and DAVID M DONNELLY; ELIZABETH SANDERS A/K/A ELIZABETH I SANDERS; ASHBURN SQUARE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A DAVID AMATO; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 4th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 45 OF ASHBURN SQUARE TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 101, PAGE (S) 12-18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
