NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 19th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-022465, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and DENNIS W. CAPPS; DAVID E. NICKELSON; JOHN W. GILBERT; KIMBERLY K. NICKELSON A/K/A KIMBERLEY K. NICKELSON; MARJORIE Y. CAPPS; SUSAN M. GILBERT; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 5th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
