BOOK 3732 PAGE 1268 AND CERTIFICATE OF SECOND AMENDMENT IN O.R. BOOK 3761 PAGE 1690 AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3 PAGE 17 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF.
