NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST JUANDA E. RUSSELL, DECEASED; SIVAN NICOLE MARKS A/K/A SIVAN NICOLE NEWTON A/K/A SIVAN NEWTON, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF JUANDA E.
