U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-OPT1 is Plaintiff and DWAYNE CLEMENT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DWAYNE CLEMENT; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WESTLAKE UNIT 1 PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants.
