NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-027765 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and CAMILE ALEXIS, MALONDE PIERRE LAST KNOWN ADDRESS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MALONDE PIERRE LAST KNOWN ADDRESS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 10th day of December, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

all thE certain land situated in orange county, florida, viz:
the south 17 feet of lot 14 and the north 55.65 feet of lot 15, block c, parkway estates, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book u, pages 2 and 3, of the public records of orange county, florida, being more particularly described as:
a portion of lot 14, block c, and a portion of lot 15, block c, of parkway estates, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book “U”, page 3, of the public records of orange county, florida. beginning at a point on the easterly boundary of lot 14, south 1º51'57” east 77.29 feet from the northeast corner of lot 14, thence south 22º43'32” east 72.65 feet, thence south 65º09'30” west 144.77 feet to a point on a curve to the left of radius 928.7 feet, thence 73.14 feet along said curve to a point, thence north 65º09'30” east 155.82 feet to point of beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
