NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-033780 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2007QS6 is the Plaintiff and DAVE THOMAS, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A DEONA and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVE THOMAS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 10th day of December, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the county of orange, state of florida, to wit:
beGIN at the northwest corner of the southeast 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of section 33, township 21 south, range 29 east, run south along the east line of riverside park estates as recorded in plat book v, page 98, public records of orange county, florida, a distance of 133.48 feet to the north right-of-way line of kelvington drive; thence east along said right-of-way line a distance of 60.00 feet; thence north parallel to the east line of riverside park estates a distance of 133.48 feet to the 40 acre line of section 33; thence west a distance of 60.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
