NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-023088, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and SEAN MCGROVER, WAVERLY ON LAKE EOLA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, SIMONA MCGROVER and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 10th day of December, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1204, THE WAVERLY ON LAKE EOLA, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE LAND, COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON EXPENSES, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF THE WAVERLY ON LAKE EOLA (THE “DECLARATION”), RECORDED MAY 28, 2004, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7465, PAGE 4621, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
