AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MLMI TRUST SERIES 2006-MLN1 is Plaintiff and EUGENIO VILLAGOMEZ-LANUZA; ABIGAIL RODRIGUEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR MORTGAGE LENDERS NETWORK USA, INC.
