NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-006982-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2007QS3, is Plaintiff, and ABRAHAM P. RIMA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 150, STONEYBROOK HILLS UNIT 1, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 62, pages 56-63, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
