YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court, County of Orange, State of Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
The south ½ of School Lot, Block R, BITHLO, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book G, Pages 50 and 93, Plat Book H, Pages 3, 9, 27, and 62, and Plat Book J, Pages 17 and 18, Public Records of ORANGE County, Florida, less and except: A triangular parcel of land more particularly described as follows:
For a Point of Beginning, begin at the Southwest corner of the “School” Lot, Block “R” of BITHLO, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book G, Page 50, of the Public Records of ORANGE County, Florida; run thence North 01â—‹ 22' 43” West along the West line of said Lot a distance of 15.00 feet; run thence South 46â—‹ 40' 51” East a distance of 21.10 feet to a point on the South line of said Lot; run thence South 88â—‹ 01' 00” West along the South line of said Lot a distance of 15.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
All being and lying in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 27, Township 22 South, Range 32 East of ORANGE County, Florida.
Commonly known as: 33 NORTH 5TH STREET, ORLANDO, FLORIDA 32833.
You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 2878 Remington Green Circle, Tallahassee, Florida 32308, at least thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwide, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
