WILSON; METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE AZUR AT METROWEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1; TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 12/13/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
