NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-017498-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and DAVID MICHAEL THOMAS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 08 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 13, Block O, Southwood Subdivision Section 3, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book X, Page 35, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
