NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-006049WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and ANDREW SLOAN; JENNIFER SLOAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 20th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2064, EMBASSY HILLS UNIT SIXTEEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 138 AND 139, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
