NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-005386-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, WILLIAM HEISSENBERG, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00 AM on the 17th day of December 2012, the following described property:
UNIT NO. 15-E, TIMBER OAKS FAIRWAY VILLAS CONDOMINIUM II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AND A PERCENTAGE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 900 AT PAGES 1607 THROUGH 1659, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO AND AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15 AT PAGES 40 AND 41 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
