Lot 1, TUCKER PLACE, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 47, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
in an online sale to the highest and best bidder for cash on February 7, 2013, beginning at 11:00 a.m., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, subject to all ad valorem taxes and assessments for the real property described above.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
