NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-004003, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BC2, is Plaintiff and JULIA K. KEARBEY; TOBIE L. KEARBEY, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 8th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 114, ORCHID LAKE VILLAGE EAST PHASE THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 85 AND 86 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
