LOT 70, RIDGE CREST GARDENS, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 4, THROUGH 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
