NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 25, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-000373-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, New Port Richey, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA as trustee for Freddie Mac Securities REMIC Trust 2005-S001 is the Plaintiff and HEIDELINDE MONTERO, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12th day of December, 2012 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 654, KEY VISTA PARCEL 18, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 25 through 36, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
