NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-001604ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL L. MCADAMS; ACHIEVA CREDIT UNION; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 12th day of December, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
