NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-00827-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WM SPECIALTY MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and SURMAILYS MORGADO; WILLIAM PANTOJA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR ACCREDITED HOME LENDERS, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM PANTOJA; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 17th day of December, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 7, FOX RIDGE - PLAT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 118, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FL.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
