Brink and Rachel L. Brink, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on December 17, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT 926, BUILDING 9, SAND PEBBLE POINTE I, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SAND PEBBLE POINTE I, AS RECORDED IN OFFICAL RECORDS BOOK 1195, PAGES 554 THROUGH 611 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 22 THROUGH 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE #926.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
