Alternative Loan Trust 2006-OC8, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OC8, Plaintiff and Bryan Kenneth Boucher are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on December 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 109, BUILDING 8, TUSCAN AT SUNCOAST CROSSINGS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6873, PAGE 568, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 107, AND ANY AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
