NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 15, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-004224 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Successor in Interest by Purchase from the FDIC as Receiver of Washington Mutual Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, FA, Plaintiff and Scott L Brocious a/k/a Scott Brocious and Amy L Brocious a/k/a Amy Brocious, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on December 10, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 45, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 194, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 101, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
