NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-00842-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee Under The Pooling And Servicing Agreement Relating To Impac Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-3, is the Plaintiff and Svetlana Altman, Lakeside of Naples Residents Association, Inc., Lakeside Patio Homes Neighborhood Association, Inc., Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland, Unknown Spouse of Svetlana Altman n/k/a Jarek Jarmolowicz are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 12th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
