NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 0908508CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LA SALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE LXS 2006-11 TRUST FUND is Plaintiff and SHERRY AUGENSTEIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHERRY AUGENSTEIN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; VINTAGE BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 12th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
DWELLING UNIT NO. 3, BUILDING “C”, OF VINTAGE BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OP CONDOMINIUM DATED MARCH 6, 1997, FILED FOR RECORD AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2291, PAGE 1604, AND ANY FURTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED DWELLING UNIT
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
