NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 13 day of November, 2012 and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-001615 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein EMC MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and NIRKA SALAZAR, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR TAYLOR, BEAN & WHITAKER MORTGAGE CORPORATION, THE LAKES AT EAST PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NIRKA SALAZAR A/K/A JUAN SALAZAR and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) A/K/A LASSANDRA SALAZAR IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 15th day of January 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, THE LAKES AT EASTPARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDS IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 44 THROUGH 51 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
