NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-004926-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff, and JOSE MENA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 12, Block B, RIO GRANDE TERRACE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book W, Page 50, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
