NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-025739-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-21CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-21CB, is Plaintiff, and KEITH HINDS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 142 OF AVALON PARK NORTHWEST VILLAGE PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGES 10-15 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
