unit c, building no. 27, overlook at parkside condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof as recorded in official records book 8585, page 715, of the public records of orange county, florida.
and commonly known as: 814 ashworth overlook drive, apopka, fl 32712; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on January 14, 2013 at 11 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
