Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Order Rescheduling Foreclosure dated November 19th, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2008-CA-020905-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, OF HARBORVIEW 2005-13 is the Plaintiff, and EL HASSAN ERROUDANI A/K/A EL HASSAN ,et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 97, RIDGEMOORE PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 26, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 7th day of January, 2013.. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
