ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-85CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-85CB, is the Plaintiff and TARA N. WEDDLE; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 21st day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
