UNIT C-2, BUILDING C, PHASE II, OF DOCKSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 19-A THROUGH 19-D, AS AMENDED BY PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 68A THROUGH 68D, INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED THE 3RD DAY OF APRIL 1987 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 913, PAGES 1250 THROUGH 1298, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT RECORDED JANUARY 27, 1988 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 957, PAGES 1105 THROUGH 1112, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses on or before December 31, 2012 a date which is within 30 days after the first publication, if any, on Elizabeth R.
