GIBSON A/K/A CLIFFORD DUANE GIBSON; KAREN L. GIBSON A/K/A KAREN GIBSON; THE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION FOR THE BEACH PLACE, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 19th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
