Lot 10, Block 1348, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 11, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 4, Pages 22A through 22E of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida a/k/a 3373 Edgehill Terrace, Port Charlotte, FL
AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
You are notified that an action to quiet title on the above-described real property has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on ALBERT J. TISEO, JR., ESQ., GOLDMAN, TISEO & STURGES P.A., 701 JC Center Court, Suite 3 Port Charlotte, FL 33954, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before January 2nd, 2013 otherwise, a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
