notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, Case No. 2011-001372-CC, in the Circuit Court in and for Charlotte County, Florida, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 20th day of December, 2012, the following described property:
Lot 29, block 11, Village of Holiday Lake, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 5A through 5F, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida together with any and all improvements thereon (Referred to as “the property”). Parcel ID No. 0106949-005334-5.
