NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 9, 2012, entered in Case No. 12-CA-050937 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Ellery Bennett; Unknown Spouse of Ellery Bennett; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Aegis Wholesale Corporation; Miromar Lakes Master Association, Inc.; Tivoli Residents' Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 10 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK B, MIROMAR LAKES- UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGES 48 THROUGH 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
