NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-065421, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff and arman bowlin; unknown spouse of arman bowlin, if any; any and all unknown parties claiming by, though, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; john doe; jane doe as UNKNOWN tenants IN POSSESSION; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 a.m., on the 10 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
EXHIBIT A
Begin 11.9 feet West of the East line of Lot 4 and 650 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Lot 4 in G.S. Wheeler Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 33, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, thence run West 150 feet more or less to the West line of the East half of said Lot 4; thence run East 150 feet more or less to a point North of the point of beginning, which is 11.9 feet West of the East line of said Lot 4, thence run South to the point of beginning.
Also that part of said Lot 4 of G. S. Wheeler subdivision described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 4, thence North along the East boundary thereof a distance of 800 feet tot he point of beginning; thence West 11.9 feet; thence South 150 feet; thence East 11.9 feet; thence North 150 feet to the point of beginning.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
