THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-85CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES
2005-85CB is Plaintiff and ABEL JACOMINO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ABEL JACOMINO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 a.m., on the 10 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
